Ages & Stages Questionnaire (ASQ)

The Ages & Stages Questionnaire is a new child development screening tool available to parents.

Are you having trouble deciding if your child is ready for preschool or kindergarten? Do you want to follow your child’s developmental progress? Do you have some concerns with your child’s developmental progress?

ECDI can help you answer those questions with a new screening tool, the Ages & Stages Questionnaire. The questionnaire is for children as young as 3 months and as old as 60 months. You, the parent/caregiver, complete the questionnaire in the comfort of your own home. It gives you a “snap shot in time” of your child’s development. The questionnaire takes approximately 10 – 15 minutes to complete, and it covers all areas of early childhood development, including communication; gross and fine motor skills; problem solving; personal-social; and social emotional.
